Our Chef

Our cuisine is born under the guidance of Matteo Cantarello, born in Este (Padua), a graduate chef from the Hotel Institute of Adria (Rovigo).

He exported traditional Venetian cuisine to the Canary Islands, successfully bringing traditional recipes linked to local products closer to the international clientele of the Grand Hotel El Mirador in Tenerife. The passion for good food made from simple and flavorful dishes is something that Matteo inherited from his mother Silvia Biaggio, who managed a restaurant in Caerano San Marco (Treviso).
